I had a lovely stay with spacious, clean rooms and friendly staff who went above and beyond. The amenities were great, especially the pools and gym. Dining could be hit or miss, but overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Definitely worth a visit!

The room was spotless with climate control and soundproofing, particularly good views. Location: the hotel was short walk to the outskirts of the town and shops and other attractions. I ate at the attached restaurant near the property.

The food in the restaurant was excellent. I was particularly impressed with the actual staff in the restaurant. Nothing there was too much trouble for them.
Flies in the room, poor knowledge of beverages available by bar staff. No ice in freezer no apparent ice machines.

My family and I enjoyed our short stay at Copthorne Solway Park, with its large, inviting swimming pools and ample outdoor space perfect for our four-year-old daughters. While our room was basic and clean, the real highlights were the friendly staff and several nearby landmarks, like Henley Lake and the Woolshed Museum. the dining experience was underwhelming, with disappointing food quality.

Friendly staff. Awesome meals in your restaurant.
We asked for a 2nd outdoor chair outside our room. We were gone over 3hrs, when we got back.... no 2nds chair was there.

What a great spot for a weekend getaway! The location is super convenient, being close to local attractions and a lovely drive away from outdoor adventures. I loved the indoor and outdoor pools-perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
some amenities were lacking like the gym and internet connection. Just a few improvements could really elevate this place!

Good facilities. Didnt need to travel far for bars and restaurants. Nice room, comfortable bed, modern bathroom.
Food at restaurant was poor. Steak and shellfish overcooked. Noisy party went on till early hours of the morning keeping us awake.

Review: The room was functional with ample parking just outside, making access easy. The indoor pool was a welcomed retreat, and the gym offered a decent workout space. Dinner at the restaurant was satisfactory, although breakfast seemed to miss the mark regarding temperature and variety. a decent stay just in need of some updates. , rating: 6, date of stay: 2024-05-15}

The room was well appointed, it had a good bar and restaurant
The gym is a joke and should not be advertised as having one - needs a major overhaul.Found it noisy - could hear other occupants in their rooms. meal was ridiculously expensive for what it was and it was poor quality

Cafe food was very tasty and staff polite.
Sound proofing poor and door's to rooms close in a very noisy fashion so hard to get to sleep. Poor meal quality check - cold lumpy potatoe.
